The American Association of Russian-speaking Women is a women-led community for connection, education, cultural belonging, and opportunity. Russian-speaking describes a shared language connection, not a single nationality, belief, or life story.

To connect and support Russian-speaking women and their families through culturally responsive education, mentoring, community participation, and pathways to professional and civic leadership.
Our vision
A community in which Russian-speaking women can belong, use their talents, preserve what matters to them, and help shape the places where they live.
How we work
We listen to members, build programs around practical needs, and work with qualified partners when specialized expertise is required. We value service, respectful disagreement, privacy, and the freedom for each person to define success on her own terms.
Who belongs here
Students, newcomers, internationally trained professionals, established leaders, business owners, caregivers, retirees, artists, and women seeking community all have a place at AARW. Allies and organizations can contribute through defined membership and partnership pathways. Women remain at the center of our mission and leadership.
