New American Women U.S Integration and Career Development

For women entering or re-entering the U.S. workforce, changing direction, or exploring a route back into a trained profession. Planned activities include career planning, resume and interview practice, workplace communication, digital skills, and referrals to credential or licensing information. AARW does not promise employment or licensure.

Professional Leadership Practice and Influence Network

For established professionals and allies who want substantive peer relationships and opportunities to contribute. Planned formats include confidential peer circles, Expert Salons, mentoring, board-readiness workshops, an opt-in speaker directory, and carefully governed professional introductions.

Women Build Entrepreneurship and Financial Independence

For aspiring and established business owners and anyone seeking practical financial education. The pathway may include startup workshops, owner peer groups, procurement-readiness sessions, financial-capability education, and introductions to qualified business resources.

Women Health Wellbeing and Safety Navigation

For women and families seeking clearer information about care, support, and available services. AARW plans educational sessions and consent-based referrals through qualified partners. We are not a clinical practice, legal service, counseling provider, or emergency-response organization.

Heritage Arts and Intergenerational Leadership

For people who want to learn, create, remember, and contribute across generations. Activities may include literature, arts, language, oral history, family programs, public speaking, and community projects.

AARW Next Generation Youth and Young Women Program

For children, youth, and young women growing up or finding their place in the United States. This pathway connects heritage, education, mentorship, and leadership through age-appropriate learning groups and community projects.

• Roots and Voices, ages 6–18Heritage learning, creative arts, oral history, family participation, and exhibitions.
• STEM Discovery and Future Innovators, ages 9–18Project-based exposure to science, technology, engineering, and digital skills with qualified mentors and partners.
• Next Generation Pathways, ages 14–24Education and career exploration, mentoring, and exposure to professions, internships, or pathways offered by qualified partners.
• Young Women Lead, ages 13–24Public speaking, civic learning, leadership practice, and community projects.
• Youth Build, ages 12–24Financial literacy, entrepreneurship learning, and team enterprise challenges.

Youth safety and participation: Every youth activity requires age-appropriate supervision, caregiver consent, adult screening and training where applicable, approved adult-minor communication, emergency procedures, and separate photo or recording permission.
